Sandiego is the planet- famous criminal. Once she used to serve in a detective agency ACME (A Company that Makes Everything), but quit and founded her own organization, a criminal syndicate VILE (Villain 's International League of Evil) and started stealing the most precious culture relics. No one succeeded in catching her.

One of the two characters in this version of the chase is her former partner Jules (Julia) Argent. The second one is the beginner Shadow Hawkins. He is something of commandos, wearing the proper attire, but without a weapon. Instead of it, his vest is packed with all sorts of gadgets, which he gets on his way forward; they are: evidence analyzer, molecular scanner, a tracking device, an ordinary flashlight, and others. The agents get about thousands of kilometers in leaps and bounds, pulling out scraps of information, most of which are left by Carmen Sandiego herself. She adores mocking! Catch me if you can!

In each case the agents will solve, they have to find a stolen relic, finding out something new about geographic of Brazil, Japan, Kenya and many other countries, including Russia. The game also has a built-in encyclopedia, which will help you in your search.
